What services do you offer?
I offer interior and exterior photography, videography and photo retouching for architects, contractors, developers, custom home builders, and others looking to highlight their project and promote their business. I work in a variety of market sectors, such as commercial, hospitality, education, and residential architecture. If it’s being built, I can photograph it.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based in Tumwater, Washington and serve clients throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and Portland. I am also available for projects outside of the PNW. So let’s talk!
Do you offer video services?
YES! I offer videos that are optimized for websites, social media, and internal/external marketing presentations. Video services can be added to your photography quote.
How does your pricing work?
I charge a day rate for the shoot and a per-image licensing fee for the final edited images. This keeps things transparent as you only pay for the images you actually want. Contact me for a custom quote based on your project scope.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
After the shoot, I’ll deliver a proof gallery for you to review and select your final images. Turnaround on final edited images is typically within 14 business days of your selection.
Can other people use the images you give me?
The license you receive covers use by your company ONLY, which will be outlined in the photography agreement. Third parties or publications require a separate license. Feel free to contact me directly for any licensing inquiries.
What is a “Scout Day”? Do I need one?
A scout day is a pre-shoot visit to walk the space, plan the shot list, and to identify any lighting or logistical needs. Most projects can be planned ahead of time using renderings, photos, client meetings, etc. But for larger or more intensive projects, it’s highly recommended.
What happens if the shoot needs to be postponed due to weather?
No worries! It happens, especially in the Pacific Northwest. If weather conditions aren't suitable for the shoot, I'll notify you as soon as possible, and we'll find the next available date that works for both of us (at no cost). If the project includes both interior and exterior photography, we may also opt to focus on interiors and save exterior shots for a better weather day.
